Financing investment of cities in developing countries.

This booklet co-written with my colleague Martha Stein-Sochas, summarized a series of working groups that I organized with various partners and funding professionals. The consultant Anne Sinet had fuelled the working group sessions with a series of thematic notes. In 2005, well before the financial crisis and bankruptcy of Dexia, there was a great deal of interest in using the private sector to finance infrastructures. For me this would mark the starting point of almost a decade of work on the theme of investment financing.
